Compo-music.net, as well as the Compo language, are currently maintained by Bruno Lartillot, citizen of the world, living in Paris France, computer enginer by profession, musician by ambition and artist from birth. Initiated in 1994, the Compo project was initially a personal project, unlimited in time. Today, several people, in the author's circle, but equally via Internet, contribute little by little, by their participation, their suggestions and their encouragements to make Compo a collective reality. The author's wish is that Compo become soon the property of the users and developers commmunity. That is why, as a guarantee, the source code has been published and made free, and that the hosting of this site has been left to Sourceforge.net. So, this site is also yours.
